Ti-6Al-4V is an alloy that has a high strength-to-weight ratio. It known as alpha-beta titanium with excellent corrosion resistance. This wide range of applications, e.g., in the aerospace and biomedical industries. Examples alpha stabilizers are aluminum, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon, which added to titanium. beta titanium–iron, titanium–chromium, titanium–manganese. Despite exceptional properties, processing this challenging when using conventional methods it quite hard tough material. Nonconventional required create intricate complex geometries, difficult traditional methods. The present study focused on machining wire electrical discharge (WEDM) conducting numerous experiments establish parameters. optimal setting parameters was predicted multiresponse optimization technique. Experiments were planned response surface methodology (RSM) technique analysis variance (ANOVA) used determine significance contribution input changes output characteristics (cutting speed roughness). cutting obtained during annealed WEDM large compared case pure, quenched, hardened alloys WEDM. maximum while 1.75 mm/min.
